Capt. James provides all of your gear. You’ll use Shimano 800 Tekota reels for Halibut fishing, and Shimano 600 reels for Salmon. Any catch you choose to keep, he’s happy to clean and pack up for you. There’s bottled water on board, but you’re free to bring any other drinks and snacks you’d like.

Full Day Fishing Charter

Description:

Full day fishing charter in beautiful Alaskan waters, primarily fishing for halibut, ling cod, and/or salmon. Shrimping, crabbing, and whale watching also available. GAF permits available.

Your health is our top priority, and we have put special measures in place to keep all guests safe both during and after your activity.

Stringent Cleaning – Our vessel is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each charter and hand sanitizer will be available to all of our guests. All crew member(s) have necessary PPE available onboard.

Wellness Checks – Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your charter.

You’ll primarily jig for iconic Pacific Halibut. These delicious, flat fish come in extra-large sizes and there’s nothing quite like pulling one on board. You also have the option to troll for coveted King (Chinook) Salmon, just remember to get a special King stamp with your fishing license.
